I tasted it blindly and guessed the wine. There are not that many wines like this. I haven't tasted it for more than a year, so after comparing my notes, I can say it calmed down. Instead of a kimchi-ginger-driven bouquet, we have spoiled wild strawberries, hibiscus, caviar (sic!), cornel, and red flowers. Not funky at all, but so fun and delicious. Well balanced and sophisticated.

Murky and pale pink-orange colour, which might confuse your mind into questioning rosé origins of this wine. Pickles, brine, kimchi, strawberry, honey, underbrush, ginger, red flowers… Just imagine this mix! The good part is that nothing really jumps out and lives well together in this bouquet. Interesting, fresh, mineral and picante wine with good wildness.
