Carpe Diem Casa Vinicola Luca Brut Natur 2021 NV

Vin spumant alb, produs în conformitate cu metoda tradiționala, prin fermentare secundare la sticlă și maturare timp de 15 luni. Posedă o culoare galben pai și o perlare frumoasa, buchet bogat în arome de mere verzi, citrice și flori de cîmp. Gust bine echilibrat, mineralic, cu note de mere verzi, fructe exotice si agriș, care trece intru-n postgust prospăt si elegant.

Unlike their first production, this one is twice as big (3000 bottles) and is made of Fetească regală and Riesling blend. Fresh and intense bouquet of green apple, pear candy, lemon tart, and yoghurt with field flowers. Easy drinking, refreshing and well balanced, but the short aftertaste makes me sad. Still great effort with wonderful QPR.
