I tasted it blind and guessed the region. Somewhat restrained yet classical bouquet: wet earth, Agaricus, fig, cherries, cloves, and peonies. It's well-balanced, and everything seems to be in its place, but it feels… boring? The age plays well here, and the wine is not even close to the peak.
